Our Program

Fifty Plus Fitness is a totally unique low impact exercise and fitness class designed specifically for the mature adult.

Why did we develop the program?

  1. The low fitness levels, and resulting lack of mobility in our rapidly ageing communities are causing serious health problems.
  2. Statistics demonstrate very high likelihood of falls and resulting problems in the over 50 population.
  3. Only one in ten Australians over the age of fifty do enough exercise do gain any significant benefit.
  4. To provide a fun, safe alternative for general health improvement in the over fi fties population.

What will happen to the ageing body without regular exercise?
