Fifty Plus Fitness is a totally unique low impact exercise and fitness class designed specifically for the mature adult.Why did we develop the program?
- The low fitness levels, and resulting lack of mobility in our rapidly ageing communities are causing serious health problems.
- Statistics demonstrate very high likelihood of falls and resulting problems in the over 50 population.
- Only one in ten Australians over the age of fifty do enough exercise do gain any significant benefit.
- To provide a fun, safe alternative for general health improvement in the over fi fties population.
